This Snooze sound machine looks sleek, is easy to use as a sound machine or as a speaker to listen to music, audiobooks or podcasts. It’s a great size and is easy for others to operate (babysitters, grandparents, etc). The sound quality is great and works well for those who typically pick up the loops from other sound machines (looking at you Hatch!). I’ve bought a variety of other sound machines over the years, including the popular brands. This is my favorite by far!

I LOVE MY SNOOZ. IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE haha. Noisy morning neighbours, be gone!! I was on the search for a white noise machine that had a timer function to automatically turn on and off at certain times (ie in the morning when waking up so that the noise from my neighbours doesn't disrupt my sleep anymore). This little machine does just that. It was common to find a machine that has an OFF timer, but finding this one with and ON and OFF timer was a lot harder, I'm glad I did!

I prefer a “deeper” white noise sound (probably closer to brown noise), with a little more bass or rumble to it. Some speakers of the same size don’t have the drivers to push the lower frequencies, but this little guy is pretty impressive for the price. It has enough low end for my tastes. Very basic sound options to choose from, but basic is fine with me if the sounds themselves are quality. Other sound machines may have more sound options, with things like nature sounds, but they sound quite fake because of the speaker and sample quality. Not the case with this device! It fills the room well, and the app features like the timers/schedule is neat. I do wish the power adapter was a different shape (it sticks out of the wall socket a good bit), and I do wish the app had a little deeper integration with Apple HomeKit or Siri Suggestions… but those are nitpicks, IMO.As long as the speaker holds up over time, this gets the job done, which is all I wanted.

After sleeping with a loud AC & fan all summer, fall has been way too quiet and my sleep was constantly being interrupted by birds and traffic and my neighbors dogs.This is my second white-noise machine. I returned the first one because it claimed to be non-looping but there were patterns and noises in the sound that I could pick up on, obsess over, and not sleep because of. That doesn't happen with this machine.The sound is pure and has no other noises in it.However, it has a pretty limited selection of sounds (only 6, I think). I like one of them so that's the one I've been using.I do like the app but I don't bring my phone to bed so it's not really necessary for me.I'm experimenting with putting it in different places in the room and it does affect the noise blocking. So far, on my beside table has been the least effective.
