Tidy bit of kit. Seems sturdy and works well. Never tried an ab wheel before, but it's a bit more interesting than sit ups, and feels easier on my low back. Gives a proper pump on the lats and triceps aswell. Cheers.

However, I found the handle to be somewhat plasticky and lacking in ergonomic support, which might pose challenges for beginners. The absence of workout instructions was a minor setback, but I'm planning to search for guidance online. Overall, it is an interesting workout experience, although some improvements could enhance its user-friendliness and utility, especially for newcomers like myself.
