Terrible Customer Service
This hoverboard was my 8 year old’s Santa gift. Upon taking it from the box, it needed charged. We plugged it in and it acted like it was charging (port lit up).However, once unplugging the charging cable from it after the recommended four hours, the hoverboard was completely dead. It will NOT hold a charge.To top it off, Amazon has a no return policy for items with lithium batteries. You have to go directly through the company. Their 800 number has a recorded message stating to use the online trouble ticket. I did. FOUR TIMES in the last 2 weeks since Christmas. As soon as I submit the ticket, I get an automated email that says due to high volume over the holidays, there may be a delay.I’ve received no other answer from Hover-1, and I have yet to find out how to get a refund or replacement. I’m highly irritated.

Good for 1st board
Overall this hoverboard works pretty good! It’s my grandsons 1st hoverboard and he’s happy!It Rides well on flat surfaces and goes pretty fast. Battery life is decent not as long as MFG stated. Just an FYI the special features B/T and built in speaker do not exist in this model. Maybe these features existed on a previous model and the MFG has not updated the current model’s description. Slightly disappointing but to make up for the MFG’s mishap, Amazon’s spectacular CS worked efficiently and provided me with a partial refund results: happy, loyallongterm Amazon

Decent hoverboard.
It is a decently made and my kid loves it... but I'm a bit disappointed that it is advertised as having a Bluetooth speaker in the detail description but it doesn't seem to have that feature. 😕

Super fun for the kids, just watch out for your toes.
The biggest issue I have had with this product is getting my toes run over. Other than that, it goes at a very high speed and the kids seem to love it. 4/5 stars because we occasionally have trouble charging it.

Got it USED…smh
I ordered this hoverboard BRAND NEW. It came in USED and I mean USED condition. Scuffs everywhere. It was obviously returned for a reason, so I’m going to try it out for a couple days and see if something goes wrong. Probably going to return and hopefully get a brand new one which I paid for…..
