Daughter loved the dress. The "fins" are not as pronounced in real life as they are in the picture which is unfortunate because that's why I bought the dress over other dresses that just have ruffled bottoms. This one also just has a ruffled bottom. If you don't look closely to see the scaled fabric on the bottom of the dress (which is quite pretty), you might not know this is a mermaid, could be a princess. We had several people ask if she was a princess. Also the jewel on the front fell off before we even made it to the first Halloween event, but it didn't leave any ugly place so it was fine. My daughter actually found something else to clip there. I recommend buying some other "mermaid obvious" accessories. We bought a headband that went across her forehead and around, that had sea stars and sea horses on it. I would have given the dress 3 stars, but since my daughter loved it, I will give it 4. Other than the jewel that popped off, it held up well through 2 very active Halloween events.

Very cheaply made. When I opened the plastic bag that the dress was in, multiple sequins had already fallen off and were at the bottom of the bag. The button you see on the front of the dress is actually a pin, that you have to attach yourself. In my opinion, I don’t feel comfortable with my 3 year old daughter playing in a dress with a sharp object that could potentially come un-done and hurt her. I attempted to return the item but realized that the seller charges postage for their buyers to return merchandise. So, if I want to return this item I am expected to pay $6-7 postage according to the prices Amazon provided me. All in all it was a waste of money.

It is quite cute, but as others have mentioned, the fins on the bottom are more of ruffles, so it just looks like a dress (as pictured in the other color of this dress). The button on the front is a pin. I did remove it because I didn't want my toddler playing with it. The stitching seems to be done well enough, yet the serge at the bottom was unraveling literally two minutes after my daughter started wearing the dress. It was a cheap dress; I got what I expected.

I loved that this mermaid costume was a little different then the ones you find in the stores. The quality is just ok - typical cheap dress up material but it’s still cute. My 3 year old was super excited to get it for Christmas! We typically only let our children wear their dress up costumes at home so I expect it to last a long while. I wouldn’t suggest this as a costume to wear out - such as for Halloween, Disney, etc. I don’t think it would hold up too well on the bottom if touching/dragging on sidewalks, etc.

This is definitely a costume. The material is in between costume and cheap costume material. But she loves it and the price is right. You should not be expecting more with the price point though tbh. It fits on the dot. Bought size 4, she wears size 4.

Such a cute mermaid outfit. My 4 year old wore hers to Disney World to meet Ariel!! She walked around in it comfortably for a while, until it got too hot outside. It's holding up nicely and is made well. It comes with a broach that has Ariel on it. Came unglued, but we glued it back together with no further issues.

I bought two of these, one was brand new in the packaging and this one looked like it was returned and repaired. Very disappointed, the broach clip was broke and glued back on but the pin was missing, the fabric was torn and it was not as expected.

Es tal cual en la foto, pero la talla no corresponde pedí una talla 4 y en realidad enviaron una talla 3 reducida, para que lo tengan en consideración piensan comprarlo pidan una talla más grande.

Muy bonito, la talla le quedó perfecta. Están muy bien elaborados, tela,costura. En verdad está padrísimo!! Lo he lavado en lavadora y sin problema sigue perfecto!!

La tela es de baja calidad, los detalles no son bonitos; esta bien para jugar en casa pero nadamas. Es barato no podía pedir mas

El disfraz es de tela delgada pero no corriente, es sencillo pero lindo. La talla es correcta

No se le quería quitar … esta divino la medida exacta es hermosa de verdad !
