The texture is perfect, the flavor is just like honey, but with a lemony tang. I do wish it had a true honey flavor, but not enough to dock it a star. I'm so happy this stuff is back!

We have ordered this a few times at different times , Sometimes it does have to much lemon but most times it’s just super good! Defiantly sweet and taste like apples our family loves it and we use it as syrup too !Update : I’m going from 4 to 5 stars , this is honestly the best vegan honey we have tried and are always bummed when it’s out of stock that’s the only downfall is it’s not always in stock. But honestly the best vegan honey out there !

I like it. It tastes sweet but different than honey. It's made from apples. I use it sometimes in my smoothies to make it a little sweeter. I think it's more expensive than it needs to be. I've had it about 4 months and am almost out I'm ready to purchase more.

It is a bit pricey, but so worth it. I have used it in baking and cooking with great results. I have put it on my cereal and on grapefruit. It is not a perfect match for honey, but it is definitely close enough.

The texture is just like honey and it even looks like honey. My only problem is the taste.It taste more like sour apple candy mixed with honey.Honey is sweet. Sour is the opposite of sweet. So adding a sour apple taste to this honey replacement is a huge deal breaker for me because I wont be able to replace it in anything.The product itself is good but I was hoping for a closer supplement to honey.So what I would help this listing is to either don't market it as a honey replacement or contact your supplier and try to see if you can get rid of the sour taste.

Just for a change from honey I tried this and it tastes very good. It can be used wherever is used or when a sweetener is needed.

Ordered this thinking 1 pound (16oz) would be arriving. Picture shows 16oz bottle, order option states 1 pound, but 12oz bottle arrives. Very misleading. Product is ok but would have gone another option if I knew this was all that would arrive.

First of all, the bottle is MUCH bigger than I thought it would be. I was willing to pay $20 for this product regardless but once I saw the size I felt much happier about the value of my purchase. It will last a long time.The taste is good, definitely apple-y, maybe a little less like real honey than the "B Free Honee" product I used to buy (no longer available). Still, this is the best vegan honey substitute I have found that exists today.1:1 substitution for real honey or agave in recipes. Tastes great by itself, on tea, granola, or on a spoonful of peanut butter!
