Bought this for my bathroom. I put this together and it is sturdy. Sits on wood floors. It’s heavyweight but went together seamlessly! Holds all that I needed it to and still have room to spare.

I ordered two of these bookcases to add to each side of our sliding glass doors that lead out to the backyard. I am so beyond pleased with the quality and design of these shelves. They are sturdy and were very easy to put together. I will say, the shelves are heavy and if you're not careful while installing them they can fall on your toe (OUCH!). I have received so many compliments on these and I'm so happy I bought them!

The shelves are a little unstable (wobbly) when you place too many books on them, but overall happy with it. Easy to put together (took 30 min tops).

Easy assembly! I got these because I wanted something on my wall and if it broke I wouldn’t be extremely upset. I move a lot due to work and they have made it through a move so far! My two large dogs (lab, and German shepherd who isn’t pictured) run into them all the time so they are sturdy!

The media could not be loaded. The shelves are so aesthetically pleasing. The brass is not too shiny and the wooden shelves are sturdy. I haven’t drilled or command-stripped’ the shelves to the wall yet the ladder is very stable. I’d recommend this to anyone who has an awkward empty nook they’d like to decorate.

Made the mistake of purchasing a "similar" unit with faux marble shelves from a different vendor. It ended up having cheap quality shelves that had scratches and the metal was spray-painted an ugly yellow-gold. Returned that and decided to take a chance on this unit based on the reviews. Best decision ever! Shelves have a faux wood texture and the metal is a softer, brushed gold colour that gives the unit an elevated aesthetic.

This bookcase went beyond my expectations. Really easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my space. Gold is a little less shiny as I thought, but still a very nice purchase.
