Can’t rate these enough! They block out so much noise and they are comfortable to wear because they mould to your ear.

Having been a loud snorer for the majority of my life I bought these, together with a Somni Snore Guard (that I followed the instructions and fitted it), and used them for the first time when I was on holiday with my wife- it is the first time that she has slept properly and wasn't being woken up by my snoring. The items were comfortable and worked. I had a different type of snore guard before, fitted by a dentist, that made no difference to my snoring (and was a lot more expensive). The above item (and the Somni Snore Guard) make me breathe through my nose when I am asleep and eliminate my snore. I wish I had found them years ago.

I found these easy to mould to my ears and quite comfortable, even when lying on my side. Perhaps not totally stopping sound entering, but well enough for sleep.

Great when these are new out of the packet for a few weeks. Even if you follow the instructions of washing them, they never create the soundproofing like they do when new

They feel like blue tac in your ears but they do the job

Having used and been really happy with the more expensive version of this mouth tape, I thought I’d try this cheaper one.The whole idea of using tape around the outside of the mouth is that it is elastic enough to allow emergency opening but supportive enough to encourage the mouth to stay closed.This sleepeze tape is very elastic and very thin and flimsy so provides no support and no encouragement to keep the mouth closed. The mouth can be opened with it on very easily so it doesn’t encourage the mouth to be closed at all.So as not to have completely wasted my money, I wondered if placing 2, one on top of the other would work. It does. It encourages the mouth to stay closed but completely negates the cost saving as you’re then only getting 30 not 60 for what is still an inferior product.It is very sticky, I found no need at all to clean the skin with alcohol to encourage sticking. In fact, it’s quite hard to get off without soaking with water and even so, my skin gets sore when pulling the tape off. It always leaves a sticky residue that I use coconut oil to remove.My skin was feeling a little sore after consecutive days using this product and I’m glad I still have some of the much better tape so as not to use this for too many consecutive days.I can’t recommend and wouldn’t buy again unless the product is vastly improved.

This product is not fit for purpose. It is very difficult to remove the backing tape and is then difficult to handle. When on it does not prevent mouth breathing

These work very well and they do not fall off at all
