The size was nice for my 3 year old. The pieces of the clock hand came off within the first 24 hours, otherwise it was an effective travel bag for him. Decent amount of space, but he didn’t use the different sensory items as much as I thought. The clock hands are the only thing that fell off, the rest stayed together well.

He’s pretty smart for his age so not sure how the gadgets will hold his attention but I think he will enjoy carrying things in his backpack
