Faulty from New.
Filled up the flask with boiling water and straight away the outer case got hot. Within 1 hour the water was cold. The flask had no thermal properties at all so unfortunately I had to return it for a refund.

What a great little flash
Bought this for a snowboarding trip so i could provide the kids with hot chocolate on the mountain. It was a hit as the hot chocolate stayed hot all day (from 9am to about 3pm when it was finished). Definitely leak proof as was in my rucksack and rattled about all day.The pouring spout is great - easy to click open and clicks shut - again with no leaks. Easy to open and pour with gloves on. The outer cup protects the spout.Kids loved being able to have a quick sip of hot chocolate on the lifts and meant not having to pay £££ for drinks on the slopes so this saved me a fortune!
