I'm hooked. This is my 6th bottle of this stuff. My clothes smell like the Isle scent even when reworn between washes. My bedsheets smell like heaven. SO much better than traditional laundry/softener scents. It's not soapy or floral, but warm and mild. I love it. AND it protects my clothing from the harsh dryers at the laundromat.

I came across this fabric conditioner as I was searching for The Laundress Wrinkle Release ...which is THE BEST STUFF I HAVE EVER USED!! Couldn't find the wrinkle release, but this stuff smells nice as well. Makes my clothes a joy to wear😉

I got the big jug, thinking it saves me time to measure its volume each time by just giving a couple pumps. I mean this product doesn't come with measuring caps so it's always troublesome and I always end up using more than I need to bcoz it smells so great. But the price is $$$$.So the pump squirts. Like peeing squirt. Liquid also comes out just by tiling the jug, don't even need to pump, it just comes like like a trickle. The pump sticks up high, like a towering flagpole. If you need to close it, then you have to squirt out more. Come on, where's the convince for such a high end product?? I threw away the useless pump. But now I can't find the original cap it came with. So now I have an orange tape, so it's visible it doesn't have a cap, taping it over its mouth.Please? Great product deserves great delivery?

The scent smells so good that people ask me what am I wearing.

I have used this product regularly in the past and loved it. However this recent purchase was disappointing; there is very little scent in the bottle, and none noticeable on the clothing after using in the wash. Perhaps the formula was changed but it is not what I have come to expect from this product.

Wash Linens in January and place them in the cabinet. Pulled out a duvet cover to put on my bed for the summer and 3 and 1/2 months later it still smells amazing. And what is crazy is it's not a overpowering scent at all. Both Wash and Rinse were used. I love that it is perfectly subtle.I will be a repeat customer. And I am looking forward to fragrances like white flowers and Stargazer lilies and beautiful bouquets hint!!!! hint!!!Also the dogs love their blankets being washed in it also. I also switch from their winter blankets to Summer weight and have a basset hound that roots in it and then has this look of sheer contentment on her face when she finally lays down. So cute.

I used to love The Laundress until the product quality issues happened. Decided I would give them a second chance. Although it is obvious the product has changed, I decided to order since I had a gift card that needed to be used before the 31st. Big mistake, as I never received my product. Amazon kept sending me fake updates about the delivery when in fact, the item hadn't even shipped. Then suddenly no updates and no help from support or from The Laundress. They sure were able to take my money though. It is so sad when you have a great company and then sell out to a major corporation, problems like this always happen, quality is ruined and customer service goes out the window. There are so many other luxury laundry brands out there now, I guess I will have to switch over.
