Hardware is great - hub requirement is a bummer, software is okay
The hardware has never jammed it works like a charm every single time it was easy to install. It looks nice on the wall and it’s not loud. I wish the software were improved and that it didn’t require a hub. Otherwise, I would give it five stars! I love my RYSE!
It’s been great so far. I followed all of the instructions and we got it installed. However, the app was a bit confusing. And the collaboration took a while to get done correctly. Once we got it done the RYSE works great. It’s an absolute blessing to me because physically I wasn’t able to get to the beaded cord to raise and lower my shades - now that’s no longer a problem!

Smartshade solution for anyone!
Came across this product and looks perfect for anyone looking to automate shades. So far I am getting the basics together. I have had some trouble with pairing this with my phone via Bluetooth, but hoping that it will be resolved with smartbridge. I purchased smartbridge and waiting for the shipment to put these to proper use. Can give complete review after.
