Nice compact fan that gives off some decent air. The directions were a little lacking, but overall, a nice fan.

We installed this 30” fan in a small bedroom in a vacation cabin - for night cooling in midsummer and updraft hot-air circulation in midwinter from the wood stove in an adjacent room. Starting with unpacking the box and reading the instructions it took us 1.5 hours to assemble and install, going slowly and carefully. The instructions were clear and complete and all the parts we needed were there. Someone experienced could install it in 1/3 the time. The light weight and low profile made it easy to install in our 8’ high ceiling.The white fan blades go well with our white ceiling and walls.The 3 light colors are nice to have although I expect we will only use the warmest, 3,000 K, setting. It is a minor nuisance to have to cycle on-6000K, off, on-4000K, off, on-3000K every time you turn on the light. Interestingly, if you installed this to replace an existing ceiling light with a wall on-off switch you can use that switch to turn on and off this ceiling fan’s light, cycling through the colors, even if the fan remote is disabled by removing it or removing its batteries.Our one real complaint is with the fan speeds. We almost only use the lowest speed and that is much too high much of the time. We would like to have available a much lower speed, perhaps 10% of the current lowest speed, so that the fan could be set to just gently and slowly move air.

We have an old house. Took extra time and effort to put it up correctly. Works great, looks good.

We had an old Hunter ceiling fan that came with the house and the lighting module had stopped working, but the fan still worked. Given that it didn't fit with our style anyway, I opted to replace it with this ceiling fan instead.Upon receiving it, I noticed the box and packaging was pretty flimsy, and though there was no damage to my unit, I could see how it might easily happen. I will amend this review with photos so you can see what I mean, the part of the foam insert that is supposed to protect the body of the fan inside the box is so thin, you can literally see right through it, and as such provides next to no padding for the fan inside.Once you get past the packaging though, it's a really well-thought-out unit, from the hook/cable system to hang the fan while you connect the wires, to the easy clip-on connectors on most of the wiring connections, it's really pretty fool-proof. Just put black/color to black/color (mine had blue wiring, not black) and white to white, and you're good to go. The LED plate uses magnets to hold it in underneath the frosted white plastic lamp cover.Generally, the assembly and construction of the fan is really good. The parts seem to be well made, and not cheap/flimsy, which is always a concern for me. You can use the white side, or the wood grain side of the fan blades to change the look.The included remote works well. It has a lot of buttons to control different settings, and the fan is responsive and can be configured to beep when it receives a signal from the remote, which may be useful if you want to be sure it received your input to change fan speed for instance. (I only point that out because my old fan was hard to determine which speed I was on.)Closing thoughts: the fan is really nice. A bit smaller than I originally thought it would be, but that's ok, it still moves plenty of air and runs QUIET! On the higher speeds, of course it can get noisy, but that's mostly just air moving over the fan blades and not motor whine or anything like that. The light is also a bit on the white-tone side for me, I wish it was more of a warm tone (like a yellower more gentle color, instead it feels like hospital-white fluorescent white). The fan is well made and easy to install, and I am really very pleased with it. If you are looking for something this style, and size, and it matches the theme for your room, I say go for it! You won't be disappointed.P.S. it does look like you can buy different color LED panels to replace the one that comes with this fan, to change the color of the light. I ordered one, and will be trying it out to see if it works. It appears to be the same size, and uses the same clip-together connector as the original, so I think it will, which is awesome! That was my wife's main complaint, and if it warms the tone of the light, she'll be very happy.Great little ceiling fan!

This is a very nice size ceiling fan for a small room. It comes exactly as described, cools down your room relatively quick, easy to install and doest’t loosely swirl around like other fans would. It doesn’t produce much noise and it comes with a remote control to change the setting or turn on/off at the touch of a fingertip

Horrible finish, junk materials. Super cheaply made. Definitely wouldn’t trust the electrical parts of it.

This is a very cute, very small ceiling fan. The size and materials makes it light and easy to lift for installation. One single bracket to be installed (in the right gang box) using two screws and flat to the ceiling. Bracket has a hook to support the fan while you make connections using the provided wire-nuts. Then just matter of inserting the fan into the bracket, securing it with 4 small Phillips screws and ready to be operated.Given the short size of the blades, I didn't find a single wobbling or UN-balanced fan blade even at the highest speed.One caveat and being positively critic, the light. The included LED lamp and system control are not dimmable, and what makes it worse is the temperature color selection for the light. The way you select the color light is by turning ON-OFF the light by means of the remote control or the actual switch in the wall. This light is a step light that will be circling every time it's turned ON-OFF. In my particular preference I like warm light and only warm light and that's something I cannot get with this lamp without turning ON-OFF the lights 3 times.The fan operates with no issues, speeds 1-3 are relatively quiet you get noise of the blade cutting the air but not the humming of the motor like in old units. Speeds 4-6 are loud but not annoying.The remote control allows to user timer function and also to reverse the fan to switch for heating and cooling. Remote uses (2) AAA batteries which I think is awesome instead of using special and costly batteries like other old fans.
