The quality of this pan is quite good and I love that it is pre-seasoned. Also the size is just what I wanted. I sear my meat (steak, pork chop, even fish) on both sides and put it into the toaster oven at 350 and am happy every time!

I am delighted with the pans. I purchased them to makes special pancake dish. The only drawback is that I might gain weight eating the pancakes,Good luck with your company.

I only gave 4 stars as I am old enough to have used the Old Wagner's and Griswold's as well as my parent did growing up. Those Black iron skillets in my youth had a machined cooking surface and never anything stuck But because of manufacturing cost they don't do that any more, How ever I did find that this Brand was much better than my experience with Lodge. So in the prospective of Cast iron skillets today I put this one as Number one.

I am very happy with the skillet, i reseasoned just to make sure it didnt stick. Cooks beautiful.My only question is where was it made? Im partial to USA made cast iron. This product doesnt show country of origin....??But still love it.

My wife wanted a little skillet for cooking provoletta. Now the only problem is i'm eating too much food with it. If I get fat its backcountrys fault!!

High quality, we made steaks, better than on the grill, finished them in the oven, juicy delicious. We used the drippings and carmalized our veggies, a must have for meat eaters!
