Lovely tasting water - excellent customer service
The water filter is easy to set up and the taste is great. I'm not a fan of plain water but the water filter appears to remove the chemical taste of tap water. In addition, the customer service is great - we had an issue with the tap and the response was received/ issue sorted out within a couple of hours.

Simple and top quality
Been using this a while now. It looks like a half size tea urn. All stainless steel. The stand is a must, otherwise you have to stand it with the tap hanging over your worktop. Pay attention to the process of priming the filters before use - Read The Instructions!!! The sight glass showing the fill level is useful. It doesn’t leak, has no mechanical parts, doesn’t need power and my tap water tastes better.Bodie is impressed.

Great water purifier
NEWTON Premium Gravity Water Filter System with Heavy Metal Removal arrived well packed. It is very easy to install and comes with an instruction guide. It has an 8.5 L capacity and two filter candles. It is made of stainless steel and comes with a stand and a sight glass tap. I assembled it and filled it with tap water, discarding the first filtered water as instructed in the guide. I used it for two weeks, and it works very well. I could feel the difference in taste between tap and filtered water. I am satisfiedwith the product. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
