This is my second baby monitor I’ve bought from nooie. Was so impressed with the first one I bought that I got another one for our living room. The picture is incredibly clear (have attached one at night with the lights on and lights off). It’s super easy to setup and connect - you can do it in less than a minute, I’m not exaggerating. The motion and sound detection is quite good, I’d say, but it does miss some sounds and motion. The cry detection is also quite impressive, it does pick out baby’s cry from other sounds quite well but it does sometimes confuse them. The real time alerts work well. The motion deception helps you know if baby might wake soon, and the sound and cry detection obviously helps you know the baby is awake. Overall I’d say this product is good value for money. Also, their customer service is top notch, I had some questions with how the camera worked and they’ve responded very quickly and always checked if the problem was resolved before ending communication.

As a new parent to a 6 week old who has to work full time, I want to keep an eye on my baby at all times, especially when she is sleeping. That’s why I decided to buy the Nooie Baby Monitor with camera, a WiFi smart baby camera that works with Alexa and Google Assistant. I was impressed by the features and the price of this camera, and I wanted to share my experience with other parents who might be interested in buying it.Straight away just from the packaging, it is clear you're buying something quality, with a really nice gloss white on brown box. It comes with everything you could possibly need from a quick start guide, to a sticker you can place in your window to deter thieves which is a fantastic extra to include nowadays! It also comes with a sticky pad so you can mount your camera virtually anywhere, and a USB plug which you can repurpose after you are done with the camera. Nowadays it's really important for companies to make their tech reusable to save things going to landfill, and Nooie has clearly thought of this.Within 60 seconds I had downloaded the app and connected the camera to my wifi. REMEMBER, most devices out there require a 2.4ghz connection and this is easily done with most modern routers now. Set up your wifi to broadcast in both 2.4 and 5ghz, and you're set for life. The app is very easy to use and has a simple and intuitive interface. I can also access the camera’s live feed and recorded videos on my smart display or speaker, by using voice commands with Alexa or Google Assistant.The camera itself feels a fantastic balance of light vs quality. It is light and easy to use, without feeling like an empty plastic case. And the quality speaks for itself when you look at the image quality, especially as it seamlessly transfers across to night vision which is clear and bright. It has an easy to find and use micro USB for power, and an SD slot on the side for internal storage.Overall, I am very happy with the Nooie Baby Monitor with camera. It is a smart and affordable baby camera that offers so many high-end features for the price bracket it is in. Nooie also offer a great new service for cloud storage and AI powered interface. If you look up Nooie+, they're offering a free trial right now which I'll be taking up and trying.

Review of the Nooie baby Monitor 1080PThis Nooie cam is essentially marketed as a Baby Monitor but also as a pet monitor. However it can also be used for internal home security too. I have a back ground in crime prevention and detection and I was looking for a very cost effective indoor security cam.I already have a number of Nooie products such as wifi lights and plugs and these are linked to my Alexas dotted around the house allowing me to control lights and electrical items using voice. This has many advantages. I have found Nooie products good reliable items and very easy to set up and link to Alexa. The reason I wanted an internal camera is simply if my house had an intruder, a burglar the Police often have very little evidence to go on to identify the offender and any stills or video footage of a burglar etc makes a huge difference to ultimately identifying the offender.The Nooie Baby monitor or cam is small and compact and packages ready to go. It can be used simply table mounted or using the adhesive pad supplied stuck to a wall or door. I preferred the moveable option. Ifr you were using as a Baby Monitor then being able to move it around the house is a must.The cam comes with a power lead and a plug to connect it to the mains electricity. You will first need to download the Nooie app to your phone or tablet and thn open a free account. I already had this app on my Iphone for my Nooie lights and plugsThe app will connect to the cam. You`ll be required to enter your wifi password. The app will display a bar code to scan using the Baby Monitor/cam and it will connect automatically. You are then good to go. Simply follow the instructions on the app to set it up.Once I had mine running it automatically loaded the `skill` into Alexa thought you cannot directly view images via Alexa as you can the Ring door bell.You will need to purchase a micro SD card to insert in the side of the Baby Monitor/cam to store your images etc. You have the option to format the SD card too.You can sign up with Nooie for a plan to record continuously and store images etc on the cloud storage but this comes at a monthly cost with a number of different plans. You can still use the cam without these plans.Once set up if the Baby Monitor detects movement or sound it will alert you via the app, allowing you to view the cam.I have added a couple of images in this review showing its operation in full light which is very good very clear and with the room in complete darkness and you can see the image in the dark is still very good indeed. I mounted my Baby Monitor under my TV in the lounge in a TV unit facing the room.So an advantage of this system is if I were away from the home, having wifi access , the app would alert me if movement or sound were detected allowing me to review and record providing useful evidence if needed.As a baby Monitor or pet monitor you can view the scene, view you baby or child at any time you wish. You can speak into the app to the Baby Monitor cam which again is a very useful feature for your child or pet to hear your voiceSo I think this Nooie Baby Monitor is ideal to monitor your child or pet but is also extremely useful as an indoor security surveillance cam, collecting what could be very useful evidence should your home suffer an intruder. Nooie is a good make, with good support , on line and by email. Additionally the price for what you are getting is very good indeed. Bought this to use with our first baby. Good camera the image quality is fantastic and night vision is brilliant. Relatively easy set up although slightly frustrating you need to connect it to your phone in the same room as your router. Great that you can get notifications on the app for movement/crying etc gives that extra peace of mind. Only real issue I have is that we have ours set up above the cot about 2/3 feet up and it doesn’t pick up on baby’s noises very well - would be good to see improvements to sound pickup. Overall good camera for those not wanting to spend loads on a baby monitor.
