I've no issues with the product itself it's the way it is packed by the manufacturer that I had issues with. It is folded in four and packed in a plastic pouch, and those folds are the devil's own work to remove. You place your shiny new mat in the shower and they stick up like a roller coaster to form the ideal tripping hazard. They recommend that you leave them in hot water in the tray to soften the plastic whence the distorted suckers on the reverse of the mat will magically revert to their original shape and the mat, I assumed, would also flatten in the process. Not so, as after filling the shower tray with very hot water, placing weights on the mat to flatten it and leaving for an hour until the water was cool, the folds remained. I then rolled up the mat placed it on top of a radiator until red-hot and left it to cool, this much improved the situation which goes to prove that the way to pack and transport items like this is to roll, and NOT to fold them. The product once flattened works well enough, but the journey to get it into the tray was a long and tortuous one.
