Extra Large Plastic Container Plant Pots with Handles 100lt

After reading reviews on the appropriate pot capacity I opted for the larger end of the range for my need. The pot arrived well wrapped and was just right for size. As others have said it’s pretty heavy when full but is movable. Tree is surviving and appears to be doing well.

Had i realised this bin was so large I would not have ordered it.Having said that I am very pleased with the bin. I bought it to replant a patio fruit tree and have been able to add two tomato plants, two cauliflowers, two broccoli and seeded the rest of the bin with lettuce and carrots which seem to be thriving. I used a fat balls bin to fill some of the space in the bottom and so managed to cut down the amount of soil and compost to fill the rest. IT is a sturdy bin and easy to move, even with that amount of soil in it due to the strong handles either side of it. Well worth the money. But you might consider the size below this one as adequate to your needs.

Used it as a planter for a pair of clematis, which need a deep root run so the depth was ideal. Just need to be aware that it needs over three 35 litre bags of John Innes No 3 compost that make it very heavy to move. The moulded on handles certainly help with moving it when filled and they seem strong enough and complement the robust nature of the planter overall. Not the most attractive planter but would certainly buy again if I needed such a large one at a very good price.

Very pleased with the quality of these, I bought them for two potted trees that kept blowing over, theory not been tested yet but I’m hopeful they’re sturdy enough for the job. They are very heavy when full so plant them up in the location you want them, the handles help. I’ll also be buying another slightly smaller one for a Pieris with the same problem.

Used to plant bushes. really good, should last years. Black colour blends away so don't be put off by colour
