Love this machine! It's super durable and the quality is actually really really good. It's gives you a great work out and is super comfortable on knees and elbows. It functions exactly like advertised, I've been seeing a difference in my mommy belly and I'm super happy. It's stores super easy and doesn't take up much space. I hope this helps! Does what it’s supposed to. Hard to try at first but it was easy to assemble. Took me a second try to get used to the work out. I love it and I can see it working since I finally started to use it appropriately. I feel great working out on this machine.

Have only used a few times so far. It does what it says and the high up level is a definite workout

1) The assembly was quite easy & fast2) packaging wasn’t so great inside the box3) you’ll need a double A battery (trying to remember, if wrong I’ll update it)4) The pamphlet says max weight 300, not 330 as it says online, if that’s an issue of your concern5) I wish the arms were longer, I’m 5’9 so it feels like if you’re shorter this would be easier to use6) I have a bad back with titanium discs, metal plate, cages & screws & this didn’t aggravate my back7) if you have bad knees, I think this should be okay for you because it’s actually the muscles you use above the knees to pull yourself up. However, if you have bad knees and think it would be difficult to bend down, get back up, and temporarily have your body weight on your knees in the starting/rest position, you should consult your doctor.

Let's start off with the easy stuff. Shipping was fast, it was very easy to assemble and it is not bulky in size. This machine is not for the weak and might I add even on the easy setting! It hurts to even breathe. We have named it Death Trap 500! It will definitely work your abs and your back! I am still hurting from using it. If we're being honest I will probably still be hurting into next week. I do not want to imagine the death we would feel if we increased the setting to a moderate level.

This is very difficult to use unless a person is in very good physical shape. I am older, and am in so-so shape. I did rig up a way to use it flat, so am using it, but not in the way intended.

I loved it

At first the instructions were a bit confusing, but I figured it out and it works! You cannot use this machine by using your thigh muscles. It forces you to use your abs, which is great for people who struggle with squeezing them and activating their core during workouts. To move on this machine your core must work!! Love it.
