Support by Duroflex in proactively inquiring if user facing any issuesCon - super heavy.Issues with Amazon delivery in getting it delivered to home inspire of easily accessible by lift. A very good mattress and everything is as per the spec.This mattress suits both back sleepers as well as side sleepers.Pillow top gives a good comfort so that you can sleep on the side for long duration without discomfort.Lower portion gives a good back support.

I am writting this review after using the bed for over 1.5 months. When we were using our old 15 years old bed, I used to always wake up with a bad backache and had to apply medicine, lay down for 5 to 10 mins and then only will be able to get up. However, after started using the Duroflex Balance bed, the backpain issue has been irradicated. Thank you very much Duroflex! The packaging and delivery was also very satisfactory. My husband was skeptical about we buying the bed during the monsoon season. When we received the bed we were amazed to see the multiple layers of covering for the bed and to see it intact and perfect for immediate use. Duroflex strength plus mattress purchased on 4-01-24 mrp43,356 on13% got it for rs37,760 ,it's very hard getting back pain tried contacting duroflex requesting for return and they are saying to contact Amazon ,not finding any option to contact Amazon customer service option not finding 12 Jan 24 is last date

This is a great mattress which I found after a great deal of search and research. It balances both firmness and smoothness: It's surface is smooth and inner core is firm as it is made of hardened natural coir... I bought king size Strength Plus 8 inch thickness mattress with 10 years Warranty using my state bank credit card with Rs. 2250 instant discount, so total purchase price was around 37000. Worth buying!

Says medium firm. But its more on firmer side. However i like the sleep quality on it. I have already purchased duroflex utopia sofa. Based on it i bought this. Recommend to people who like firmness on mattress than sinking
