I have used this lamp to help with sevral instances of swelling. It helps a lot!The legs are a bit flimsy, I had to add a bag with weight at the center of the tripod to steady it. And it is hard to stow away. But it covers a large area, and it is easier to use in many parts of the body than the square lamps. I also have those, but you have to twist and accomodate to the table lamp. IWuth this red light system, it acommodates to you. It is a good value for the money and it works great!

Absolutely the best purchase ive ever made off Amazon, ive used it 3 nights in a row while consistently taking my protein shakes and stopping mj intake. Unfortunately im one of the unlucky few who gets negative effects on my hair follicles. Its not my first time dealing with hair loss or shedding due to mj usage. This time i decided let me do everything in my power to reset my endocrine system. The red light has been the star runner of my hair journey. Dont be alarmed i have a pretty thick head of hair. My hair line is thinning and recieding a bit and the diameter of the hair when i run my fingers through it is generally " empty " feeling. Again. I have issues with my endocrine system so im more prone to this issue. Its my 3 day using it and i feel a difference i also see one as well. I use anti hair loss solution/shampoo/conditioner from ducray as well and what a game changer. The protein shakes i take are both vegan and the amino profiles just execute exactly what my body needs, sun warrior brand and dot fit vegan top notch. For anybody out there dealing with subtle shedding and thinning from stress this right here is the way to go, everything has been a constant in my life. Now this trifecta has put me at such a steady pace to regrowth im ecstatic to share the information with others. The mental calm and clarity that i recieve so easily and quickly is an anomaly. Complete disappointment. It's a good idea in theory but this product is made very cheap. The weight of the lamp is too heavy for the stand and it constantly falls over. The screw in parts are very cheap and immediately stripped so after one month of use the lamp is completely useless. Not worth your money!!

Strong lamp! Easy set up and take down.

I like that I can adjust the light handles, but the unit is wonky and the legs are too wide and not sturdy.
