My 30 gallon aquarium lids Led lights went out and when looking for a lid, I found them to be very expensive. $70 for a new lid with Led lights or 1/3rd the price if you just buy this light. The suction cups are very strong and haven't ever came off. There are a ton a features that I didn't have before. Highly recommend this light.

These are fantastic. Can be timed. Can change color and brightness. But BEST of all is the dawn to sunrise feature. Fish love this. Mimics light through the day automatically. I used two 15in strips and they were easy to program and sync.The suction cups occasionally fail but easy to reattach since the lights are submersible too.Great product. Great design. And affordable.

This light is great for my betta! I love that it has multiple dim settings and multiple colors as well as a timer. Used in a 5 gallon tank and sizing was perfect.

I like the 24/7 cycle but even with instructions and a video it was still a little complicated to set up. I got two lights and tried to synchronize them and it took me forever. The lamp itself is also kinda thick so if you’re putting it under a lid you have to leave a good amount of space on top if you don’t want it going into the water. I also feel like it gets kinda hot so it slightly increases my water temperature but it’s not by much.

Easy to use and set up

I am using the smallest size light for a jumping spider enclosure. It works great attached from the outside. Perfect amount of light. Also this light works great with WiFi smart switches since it remembers it's last state

I bought this in March of 2024. It completely stopped working 2 days ago, So it definitely loses points for durability.As far as while it was working, the light itself was great. I usually only used it for 24-hour mode to simulate natural light pattern. The remote control is confusing as heck. If you ever lose power in your house for any reason or have to unplug it for any amount of time, you have to reset it back to where you had it because it doesn't remember the settings that you had. Every time I had to do this it turned into a 20 minute ordeal. And if you want the 24-hour mode to actually line up with the time of day then sometimes you have to wait wait up to an hour or more to set it to get the time of day to line up with the hours available on the remote, otherwise you end up with sunset or sundown being an hour or two off. Cord length was plenty long enough to wrap it around the tank and plug it in, it seemed pretty water resistant. Never had any issues with flickering or light issues. Other than the fact that it only lasted a year, the value for the money being that it wasn't super expensive seems like it was okay, But I shouldn't have to buy one every single year.
