The delivery of the book was quick. However i had it 2 days and pages have fallen out of it. I was going to return it but had already high lighted on some of the pages. Really disapointing as it wasnt cheap to buy. I need it for uni work so cant do without it. Dont know if the one i got was just faulty.

Bought to help with assignments during my degree. Useful book, lots of good ideas and thought provoking.

Great book for studies

Would highly recommend this book for anyone that is studying at degree level. Covers most aspects of leadership and management and explains in depth the difference/similarities between a manager and leader. A worthwhile read
