These earplugs are very bad, when you lie down with them your ears hurt, they are very uncomfortable. They also do not serve as good noise cancellers, it sounds almost the same as if you were wearing nothing, it is a pretty crappy product. I don't recommend it for anyone. And be careful, most of the good opinions do not correspond to the earplugs, they were mixed with other products from this supplier.

I like so much this product. Its easy to use and you can replace to main part easly.

Finally tried these on a trip to Costa Rica. My first night in a hotel my room was very close to the lobby area . It was quite noisy that evening. I tried the ear plugs , but was still able to clearly hear the noise in the lobby. I returned the product for upgraded noise canceling ear plugs. Stayed tuned for a review on the new ones.

These are so so tiny unless you have really tiny hands you can’t use them, they fall right out of the ear!

They only come in one size, so if you are a smaller person like me, they don't stay in. It tones down the volume of something loud by about half.

Absolutely useless garbage. Doesn't stay in your ear. If it does it hurts and doesn't even block out sound. I would give 0 out of 5

They did work well at all.

The earplugs worked great for a few weeks but then it fell apart like you see here causing the 'plug' part to get left behind in my ear. I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time and put it back together only to have the same thing happen again. This is not safe, and I do not recommend that anyone use this product.
