Easy to assemble, easy to utilize. My mother can no longer get into the tub, and I didn't want to install a "walk-in tub". This solved the problem.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This product was too high for my elderly mother who is all of 100 pounds to use. She never even used it. All she did was sit on the chair to test it out. Her feet couldn't touch the ground. We returned the item in brand new condition and the company would not refund our total amount. Took 50% as a restock fee and claimed the product was used and broken. IMPOSSIBLE!!! It was never used and definietly not broken as we carefully put every part in the box. I feel very scammed and will never buy from this company ever again!!!!

The build quality of chair is great, and assembly was easy as well. The problem I have with this, and most other sliding transfer benches is no way to contain water in standard tub. Unless you plan to throw towels down before every shower you had better be physically fit enough to clean a soaked floor afterwards. I have tried multiple ways to keep water inside of tub and it is impossible in my situation! Great bench if you can keep your floor dry...

This is a great option if getting into tub is getting difficult. My parents are at the age when jumping into a tub is getting hard. Their home does not have a standing, standalone shower so the must use shower in tub, this item makes it so much easier and safer to get into tub. Item was easy to assemble, it is sturdy and stable and well made. It does what it was built to do. The only issues I see with it are more on my end. I had to remove glass doors from tub and install a shower curtain but even with a curtain, it is hard to keep water in tub when showering, the curtain needs to be draped over chair sliding ramp. I see other manufacturers have solved this by creating a valley for curtain to fall into (but for more money). Overall, this chair is working for my parents. I feel they are safer.
