This takes a bit of practice to use, but it’s really fun.The ball is quite soft, so it doesn’t hurt if it hits you in the face, but it’s still quite satisfying to hit and responsive to punches.The velcro head strap is quite wide and fits both adults and kids. It’s not the smoothest strap, so will leave some wrinkles on your forehead after a few minutes of use.The elastic string is very long, so you have plenty of options for where you want it to hang.I’m very happy with this and it’s already getting a lot of use by the whole family.

I got this for my 12 year old to use, and he’s had hours of fun with it. The Velcro head strap will fit either a child’s head or an adults, and it fits my sons very well. The attached ball is very soft, so no injuries when it smacks you in the face while practising. This took my son a few gos to get the hang of it, but it’s great fun once you gets started. My son has really enjoyed this, and is great for improving skills. Very impressed.
