I normally buy a dog guard made specifically for my car but this time I couldn’t get one to fit where I wanted it to. I have a Peugeot Partner Teepee and I wanted a guard to fit behind my front seats as I planned to remove my rear seats to make the car into a can. If you’re wondering why I didn’t buy the van version I will tell you. The tax on the van is £320, whereas it’s only £180 on the Teepee version. I also prefer the viability of the car version and I can insure it as a car rather than commercial insurance. Anyway back to the dog guard. It is very fiddly to fit and definitely a 2 person job. There was a fixing missing but the companies customer service is excellent! The missing parts arrived the next day. The guard fits to the headrest and as long as you tighten it properly it fits really securely. I would have liked the section that goes between the front seats to be longer but as long as the dogs are secured by their harnesses it won’t be a problem. I will be totally honest I wasn’t expecting to be so impressed and half expected to have to return the item. It’s a 10/10 from me.

We changed our car in which we had a car make specific dog guard. What I needed was a guard to go behind front seats in a Berlingo. Bought one from a well known chain that does car stuff and it was flimsy and not good value. Decided to order this one and yes it does take a little more thought to put together, the instructions are printed on the box which is unusual but- it is really good. Very sturdy, well made and once in place doesn’t rattle or anything at all. Same price as the flimsy one but definitely a good buy and good value.

Exactly as described and the medium fitted our Nissan Note perfectly. No more dogs trying to jump in front seats while I'm driving! Good quality product, easy to assemble and install and very quick delivery. I would recommend this product.

Not a bad piece of kit - easy to fit and good quality. Only slight problem is the centre piece is not long enough for my car (Honda Jazz) as it leaves a gap at the bottom which my Patterdale Terrier can easily get through. Not a huge problem though as the gap is easy enough to block off. If the centre piece been longer I would have given it 5 stars.

This was an absolute nightmare to install. It’s so fiddly you really need 2 people. You don’t get any spare bolts or nuts so in the fiddling one of my nuts slipped into an inaccessible bit of the car which means I can’t fix the middle panel properly. The fitting instructions are on the side of the box which got covered by the mailing label. How much would it cost to print them on a bit of paper?It’s strong etc but I don’t have much confidence that it won’t fall to bits if the nuts loosen. Sorry can’t recommend it.

I had to get help to install & assemble, (rather heavy & awkward for one person with weak hands) but it is perfect to keep my staffie secure in the back seat of medium size suv .

Delivered quickly, there was a problem with one of the bolts but on contacting Arrow it was quickly replaced. Definitely takes two people to fit it, but is a sturdy product, adaptable and fits well on back of front seats to keep my greyhound and me safe.
