Workhorse of the kitchen!
I absolutely love this pan! It’s a little heavy so took some getting used to but after you start to learn how to work and clean the seasoning, it’ll take care of you with its super versatility and quality of heat distribution for delicious cooks.

This Beast Is A Great Pan
You might skip leg day, but every time you use this pan, it's a full upper-body workout. It's heavy. It's also a very good pan that cooks evenly and has a nice angle. Unless you're one of those Scottish dudes who throws logs in contests, you're not just going to be flipping food around in it. If you are on here complaining about food sticking, stop it. It's you, not the pan. Heat the pan until water drops roll around in it, then turn it down to your desired temp. Yes, you need to use some kind of fat in it. It's not magic. Unless you like your dry boring fat-free cooking seasoned with flakes of some polymer coating, this pan is for you.

Excellent pan for a good price
I'm used to cooking with both cast iron and carbon steel. It's the right weight and thickness, it's flat, and works great as it should. The handle is at a pretty high angle fwiw. I followed the instructions, washed it with hot water, then seasoned a couple times on the stove. It's still has a slight blue color and cooks great.Edit: attached a photo after a week or so of cooking on the stove and in the oven.
