It was smaller than I expected, but that's my fault for not looking closely.

My unicorn is very sturdy and holds my iPhone extremely well. It does the job it is intended to do and is very pleasing to observe.

After a slight modification it works just fine for me. I wanted to use it for reading E-books in bed so when swiping to move to a new page the phone wanted to slip out of the cradle. I sewed the cradle to the body of the stand on each end so as to "pinch" both ends a little. Now it is a snug fit and works great. Wouldnt buy another one for the price, but I am happy with it after my mod.

Holds great, until it doesn’t and your phone falls forward. Channel needs to be deeper or back needs to be squishier!

This item is just what I was looking for. Before I got this, I just laid my phone screen down overnight while charging. I frequently woke up to find my phone had wandered in the night. Between the cat and my restless sleeping, anything close to the bed is in danger of being kicked or shoved in the night. Also, I like to keep my phone where I can see the screen because I keep my phone on silent. This little cushion solved that problem right away. It's best used in landscape, not portrait, position, which isn't an issue for me. It holds the phone securely and I don't wake up to find my phone on the floor or in my bed anymore, even when I wake up laying on the charging cord. Out of curiosity, I tried my kindle paperwhite and my kindle fire in it. The fire is much too big and heavy; no surprise there. But if you read your kindle paperwhite in landscape, it can hold it almost as firmly. I will add here that both my fire and paperwhite are in protective covers which I did not remove for the experiment. I can highly recommend this as a good place to park your phone nearby. Now, just need one big enough for my kindle fire!

My phone did not stand up on it or fit so I had to return it. It is very pretty. But did not seem to be very functional

It works great if you want your phone sideways, not quite so well upright. While it does function, it does have a tendency to let the phone cant sideways when trying to use it upright. Got it as a gift for a bed-bound stroke victim that can only use one hand, and it was barely so-so for that use. If what you want is something to hold your phone while it plays music or a video, you're fine. Just don't expect it to hold firm when trying to actually use the phone.

Doesn't really hold anything effectively and is waaaay over priced for what it is. Don't bother.

I keep this on my desk at work for my cell phone & I love it. Holds my phone safetly & looks cute.
