Princess 348254 connected infrared heater - 540 W - Low consumption - Free app - Programmable with built-in thermostat - Carbon crystal plate

I wanted a heater for my office that was efficient to run compared to an oil radiator. I found this heater relatively useless at heating. It used virtually the same energy as the oil radiator but gave out less than half the heater. My office never got warm. The positives are the app is pretty decent, and it is easy to control the heater from your phone. I just wish it heated the room. Needless to say I have returned the unit

Economical to run, lightweight great for the bedroom.Downside is the remote doesn't work and can't get wifi to work on it either, but just work it manually.

I returned it. Remote control was not working. İt was very weak. So wifi doesn't support 5 GH. I had to reconfig whole my configs.

I bought this heater as it has a maximum temperature of 37 c. Unfortunately my heater has never reached above 22c. I press the button endlessly to increase it but nothing happens. Very dissapointed and I will be returning this I reached out to Princess through product support but they can't be bothered to reply.

I am in two minds about this panel heater as it does what it says without using too much electric in the process, but the final finish is lacking.Out of the box you get the panel heater in a solid white - the front has an information label and a Princess logo, neither of which are applied straight. There are also mounting brackets for mounting on the wall and two feet for floor mounting. The wall mount works as expected but the floor feet are poor and do not fit straight. The feel like a real after-thought that finished the thought process too early. The righthand one also overlaps the Princess logo.In use it heats up quickly and controls the heat level well. The controls are at the top rear, so you need access to that to, use the remote or use the app. On the subject of the app, the panel uses a Tuya based chipset, so you can use apps like SmartLife if you already have them. You can adjust the temperature, turn the panel on & off, set a timer for how long the panel stays on as well as scheduling the panel to come on and go off at specific times. The remote control is OK but oddly comes without being paired to the panel. This needs to be done on first use - the manual makes this clear but as a bloke, reading the manual is not my normal thing. To do this, just long press the power button on the panel until it beeps and then press the power on the remote itself.I would recommend this if you are going to wall mount it but for freestanding, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great heater. It is super thin and when on the wall it doesn't take up much space. Installation on the wall was easy, it came with the fittings and a sheet that allows you to mark the wall easily. If you don't want to have to drill, for example if you are renting or want to be able to move it around, this also comes with two bases that you can place on it and it stands on them.The heater warms up pretty quick and does a good job warming up the space. We used it in our open plan space to add further warmth and it worked perfectly so it will be even better in a smaller room. Operation is simple and you select the heat and it slowly reaches that. It takes less than half hour for it to warm up our open plan space, then you can lower the heat to maintain the warmth.The remote works but you've got to pair it with the control panel that's on the actual heater. The instructions were clear and it paired immediately. We didn't use the app as we don't think it's necessary. You can set timers via the remote.Overall I'd recommend this instead of other type of electric heaters as it is more energy efficient.
