This is sturdy and I love it!
It does take up a fair amount of floor space, but it is well worth every inch it takes up. (Smile) I am grateful I had a friend to help me assemble it. I bought it a little while ago and I am very happy with it.

Not 81" tall
This thing is pretty sturdy, I'm heavy and closish to the weight limit, it holds me no problem. My issue is it claims to be 81" tall yet my 5'3" self can hang a hammock without even needing to stand on tiptoes....this also means when sitting in the hammock I'm VERY close to the ground.

Perfect for hammock chair
On my deck, my hammock chair hangs on this. The bar on the chair does not hit the pole and I don’t have to find a place where it can attach to a ceiling!
