I have never had a lot of the candies in this box, so I figured I would give it a shot. First thing that I noticed is, while there is quite a selection in the box, there just isn't very much in the package. The candy bars they are using are labeled "not for resale", and are clearly not the official size. However, I can overlook that for the most part. There are a lot of British staples in this box. My favorite out of the set was the MilkyBar. Those are absolutely delicious, and definitely need to be on my list to pick up. Overall, this would be an excellent set for those looking for a gift to remind someone of home.

Also missing in this package are other classics such as the Yorkie bar, Aero chocolate bar, and my favorite Maltesers. I guess I’m more of a chocolate fan. This box includes British tea and hot chocolate and other types of candies targeted more for the younger folk like the strawberry lolly with sherbet powder dip.Other than my bias, this is a relatively good sample of British sweets but I still find a little pricey for what you get.

I ordered this British hamper to send to an American friend for Christmas. The box is very high quality and the contents are exactly what’s shown in the picture. Perfect traditional English treats and works very well as a gift as I didn’t have to wrap it. Can recommend.
