Hidden from sight - what a romping good story
Got this after reading a great set of 3 books with Deb and Birdie and well worth a read if you like great storylines and humour and everything xxx

Not always believable
Generally, I enjoyed this. I have read quite a few if Sally Rigby's However, Birdie is really annoying. I have the audible edition read by Jonathan Keeble. His narrations are often superb, but his women all sound the same, whatever accent he gives them.

Three star
It’s this level because although the plot is well worked out the characters need further work to become fully rounded. I found the dialogue somewhat stilted and too wordy.

Great read
Sebastian and Birdie make such a mismatched pair but work together nicely. Love the way Sally always brings someone from the past into the story. Highly recommend but start with Cavendish and Walker books.

Hidden from sight
I enjoy reading this author's books. The stories keep you reading to the end and then you look forward to the next book.

Least favourite of the series
Birdie has left the police and is working with Seb as private investigators. But it loses a lot when that happens. Birdie's relationship with Twiggy and her other police offices was one of the best parts of the book. This one was supposed to be about an art theft but that got lost completely in a gangster plot that was not very interesting. It had potential but then lost it all. Birdie needs to go back to the police and continue to work with Clifford on the side. Spelling errors drove me crazy as well. "Break" instead of "brake" was one and there were many. "Now" instead of "know." This one needs an editor.

Another winner!
Another great story with Birdie and Sebastian. Their relationship/friendship in their new business continues to flourish as they solve another mystery, this time away from home. A familiar but still well written plot, with gritty characters , great twists and turns and altogether a thoroughly enjoyable read.

Great characters, especially Birdie and her sense of humor. Clever and suspenseful plot holds interest throughout the story. Well done!

Kidnapping and hearing from an x!
Great read. Seb X new finance has gone missing. A painting was brought in for a cleaning and it was a forgery. An old friend of the family is involved. Gangs, money, and lots of action. Ride along with Birdie and Seb as they hunt for clues.
