Overall, I am quite satisfied with the current use. Here are some of my experiences I want to share:1. You can save videos without purchasing a subscription, which is very convenient. However, note that if you want to set up SMS alerts, there is an additional fee.2. If you only need a doorbell and a visual panel, you don't even need to connect to Wi-Fi. But if you want to set up motion detection, you need to connect to Wi-Fi and set up in your phone app.3. Be aware that motion detection is off by default. If you need to turn it on, you need to go to the “setting”, but this “setting” is not accessed directly from the device page. Instead, you need to go to the “setting.” after clicking the video. Initially, I didn't know this and tried to set it from the device “setting” below, but after returning, I found it was still off by default. Honestly, I think the app's layout is a bit confusing.4. The sensitivity of motion detection is acceptable, but there is a few seconds delay, which is tolerable for me.5. The visual panel can be used without being plugged in, but the battery duration is short. When I tested it, it took about half an hour for the visual panel's battery to drop from 55% to 22%. But, the doorbell's battery duration is good.6. The doorbell is easy to disassemble; it uses a snap-on installation and doesn't need extra screws to stay in place. Of course, if you don't use screws, it won't fall off but anyone can easily take it away, so I still recommended to screw it in.

Well this is all it was advertised to be! And I really love it . It works really good . It’s great because it has its screen and you can see the people when they touch the ring and you can talk from that screen that it brings.

Bell difficult to adjust.

This ring camera is really cool. It’s come with touch screen display. It’s a Perfect gift for my parents. They told me it’s very smooth connection. Now they don’t need worry about who rings the doorbell they can see a display before opening the door and Every time who rings the bell it’s will be recorded.

We couldn't get a hold of anyone to assist us with resetting it. The service numbers associated were not helpful. I like the idea of not having a third party involved until we can not get assistance to get our doorbell to work. Now it's useless and I'm a bit disappointed

Well priced and great product. Just what we needed to be able to view. Can access remotely as well.

The video doorbell system is good quality for the most part and reasonable build quality.The system is easy to fit and setup and the video quality is ok.I have suffered with some range issues around my house but it is a thick stone build and this does happen with other wireless devices.I do feel that there are better options out there at this price point however, but if you are looking for an all in one system with a supplied screen then this doorbell would be in the running.

The product has been up and running for about a month, and I have been charging it without any issues. Two days ago, I removed the included battery for charging. To my surprise, it could not and has not charged till now. This should not happen with a product of this amount of money after just a month.

The media could not be loaded. I've been looking at various video doorbells for a few months but didn't find one I liked so I was excited when this one came up. The camera is decent quality, as is the audio and it was very easy to set up.The screen provided is good quality, and the audio is clear. The bell is loud, and there is a choice of sounds so it was simple to find something I liked. It's very easy to set up (as simple as plugging in, and putting in the wifi password.) I love that both the bell and the screen are rechargeable so I'm not having to replace batteries (which feels wasteful) all the time. The screen holds charge too, so if power was to go out the screen continues to work. The range is decent enough that I can move the screen into my conservatory and the connection is still stable.It comes with a 32gb memory card included which I really appreciate, that definitely elevates this set above a lot of others. The app is clean and easy to use too, so I can leave the screen downstairs and still access the doorbell on my phone from anywhere else. I really like that the bell can be either screwed to the wall or it's supplied with a sticky pad which works well. The screen can also be screwed to the wall if you wanted too.The motion detection has three sensitivities, but it only seems to pick up when someone comes onto my actual property even on the low setting. When motion is detected the screen shows a view for about 10 seconds if there's no further motion, which isn't too obtrusive.The audio is clear on both ends, and loud enough to be able to have a conversation easily. There's a slight delay between the bell being pressed and the screen showing a notification but its not a long enough lag to be an issue.Overall I think this is a great bit of kit, it's good quality and easy to use. I'd definitely recommend it. 5*
