When I received it my bag that the case came in was open and some of the charms were off but because I am a diy'er that was no biggie i got my jewelry pliers and my E6000 grabbed some rhinestones out of my case and I fixed it just like new you can't even tell it. I loved the carriage piece on the back because it was great to prop my finger under for 1 hand use. However, the color faded fast and that piece came off when I dropped my phone. The case itself is very durable and the rest of it lasts great.
