Works well with Spring 17 or Ubuntu 2404!
I wanted a laptop for writing. It needed good battery life, decent keyboard, and a touchpad I could ignore. Surface laptop Go 2 has all I wanted and did not require chasing drivers. BARGAIN!

Excellent condition - looks like new
Very pleased with my order. Bought a refurbished product in excellent condition, and it looks like new. Did not find a scratch on it. And the cycle count is only 1. And this laptop is so beautiful, just like a high-end laptop (for comparison, see the “surface laptop go 2”besides a “macbook pro 13” in the photos). The seller included everything that comes with a brand new laptop (charger and instructions). The packaging was well done, and the laptop was well secured in the box.UPDATE (20 Mar 2024): We have this laptop for 3 months, and it works perfectly fine. Never glitched or anything. Love it!

Don't do it.
The second I turned it on I could tell the screen was going out. I didn't think it was a big deal because it was only a speck on the screen. Then after about a month, it started acting up. It would type by itself, the mouse would shoot to the other side of the screen when I clicked almost anything, and I felt it best to contact Microsoft since I had a warranty. They fixed it really fast and sent it back. I got it back in perfect condition, or so I thought. I turned it on, did one assignment for school, then it froze. Okay cool, I'll restart it. Now after having restarted it three separate times it is still stuck on a plain black screen with the mouse, which moves normally and at the pace it should. All I needed was a few things fixed and now I can't use it at all. I just passed my return window too, so I'm stuck with a $700 piece of metal that looks nice, but doesn't do what it should. Teaches me to buy refurbished, that's for sure.

Great laptop / very short battery life
It’s a great laptop. I’m shocked by how short the battery life is. Compare it to other laptops and you will see it’s MUCH less!

I bought this because I am starting college soon thinking it would be a good affordable laptop, when it arrived it worked for a few minutes then just stopped. I’ve tried ever to get it to turn on and it won’t. -35/10 pls don’t get this!!!
