Really nice candle

The box had been previously opened and a bit banged up. Didn’t have time to return. It was a gift.

Great scent and stylish container. Get more than one so you can give as gifts!

I sent this to my cousin for Christmas. She loved this candle and said it was a soothing scent and the candle was long lasting.

Burns evenly and slowly. Not a strong aroma, subtle and very nice.

I received the Palo Santo scent, which is one of my favorite scents for relaxation and meditation. It arrived beautifully packaged in a giftable box, and the inclusion of a wood top adds a nice touch. Lighting it was effortless, and the burn was smooth with no smoke. I expected a woodsy aroma, but to my surprise, it leans more towards floral notes. While it's an ok scent, I would have preferred a more pronounced woodsy essence resembling Palo Santo. Nevertheless, I am still pleased with the overall quality of the candle.

The way this candle came packaged I really wanted it to be the greatest smelling candle I've ever lit, but those hopes faded quickly after lighting it, as it didn't have much of a scent at all (until almost the end, then there was a noticeable scent, but it was too late already). I will say, though, that in terms of gifting this to someone, the presentation is WONDERFUL...the unboxing is an experience and it all is just put together so well that you really can't go wrong in a gifting case. It's not like whoever you're gifting it to is going to light it up and check for the scent right there, right? Lol, so yeah, it's great for a gift, and that would have been enough for 4 stars on this, BUT I feel like the price point is too high for it. Like if someone gave me this as a gift, I'd be super happy just opening it, but if they somehow left the tag on it or saw the price, I would've been like, "Well, you might as well have gone Yankee if you were going to pay that for it". So 3 Stars is fair to me.
