Amazon Essentials Women's Mid-Rise Stretch Pull-On Jegging (Available in Plus Size)

I’ve been looking for a pair of fitted jeans. I’m 5’2” and weigh 150. Not fat, curvy in the hips with a small waist. I’ve been looking for fitted jeans and fitted capris. Amazon Essentials Stretch Pull-on Jeggings finally were exactly what I was looking for. Size 14 short fits perfectly. Below is the list of items I ordered and returned.Amazon Essentials 16 Short: too big.Signature Levi Strauss & Co Gold Label Women’s Totally shaping Pull-on Skinny jeans size 14 short: did not fit. Baggy in the butt area and too long.Signature Levie Straus Gold Label Pull-on skinny jeans size 16 short: exceptionally big all over.Lee Women’s Ultra Lux Comfort High Rises Skinny jeans: too bigLevi Women’s 311 Shaping capri jeans size 32 – Too tightLevi Women’s 311 capri size 33: fit perfectlyAmazon Essentials size 14 short fit perfectly: I ordered more of these. Love them. They look and feel like jeans. The waistband is large, so it won’t roll down. These wear and feel like real jeans. I can’t tuck in shirts, but that is okay. I am still on the hunt for a regular pair of fitted jeans. That will take some time to find.

When I put my foot in this pants leg ...my first thought was how nice & soft the material was . Not stiff like new jeans .I bought 14 long , my usual size & they fit great!! They are long enough in length , Inseam & waist is big enough . They have enough stretch & are form fitting . It's difficult for me to get jeans that are long enough . I can wear these with low ankle boots or flats . Honestly I was hesitant because they were " Amazon essentials " & not a name brand , but I love them . For the fit & price ...you can't beat them!

I am 5’8”, 215lbs and carry most of my weight in my rear and thighs. It is hard to find jeans that fit my rear and thighs that *also* fit my waist. Because of that, I’ve worn old navy jeggings for years. Maybe others have noticed that they’re always out of things above a size 8? So I found these Amazon Essentials jeggings that look similar to the ON ones that I love and gave them a whirl.First, the material feels identical. Same denim feel but not the stiff, thick denim. They’ve got a lot of stretch and the waistband is comfortable. It doesn’t roll down, nothing gaps — it’s perfect there.I think longs might have been too long because with the regular inseam, there’s a little loose material behind the knees and they are definitely ankle length. (I live in a year round hot climate so, it’s irrelevant to me.) But if you’re in a colder climate and you want to tuck these into boots or something I’d maybe go with a long if you’re my height or taller.They absolutely stink like high school bio class lol is that formaldehyde. Idk if I spelled that right. There’s a tag that tells you to wash before wearing. Do it. The darker dyes definitely rub off.I’ll be ordering a few more pairs of these. They’re really comfy — especially in a place that’s so hot all the time but you have to wear real pants? Love these for that.Update:I have removed one star for the following:I ordered another pair in “long”. Long is what anyone between 5’7” and 5’9” wants but anyone taller will just have skimmers. The longs are what a normal inseam is. The regulars are short.They don’t have as much elasticity or as strong elasticity as name brand jeans so the front tummy area, and all of the *ahem* folds or what have you will be visible as if you’re wearing leggings. Not a hot look but longer shirts should cover it.The waistband does fold because it hits really high on people with shorter torsos. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s also just kind of a weird height.Also, major wash inconsistencies. I ordered two identical pairs - one long and one regular. The regular has no whiskering on the upper thighs and the longs do. In the photo, there’s no whiskering. So that’s a little annoying because it’s not 2007. I don’t want whiskering. But I guess it’s just up to whatever the factory does. They’re also two completely different colors.But I ordered identical pairs, just different lengths. The regular was normal blue wash. The longs were that distressed yellowed color on the blue wash. So that’s also annoying.For what it is (cheap jeans) I’ll let it slide I guess but the inconsistency is annoying.

First pair I ordered was the dark rinse. Have washed them 3 or 4 times & no noticeable shrinkage. I am long waisted so they are a little long in the length, but fit perfect otherwise. Ordered the 4 short to see if that would take care of the length problem.Now a perfect length. Ordered a black pair & really like these also except they are a different fabric which is fine if you don’t have cats or don’t mind cat hair all over your jeans . Haven’t decided if I will return them for a different color.Now I’ve ordered 3 more colors some of which are maybe summer colors but they were less money & I will wear them later maybe.Very comfortable, stylish & love all the colors!Would highly recommend. Also like that they are not thin which would show every bump & bulge.The only thing I didn’t like was that the black fabric was not like denim fabric but it’s very nice fabric anyway.Update: Rec’d the new order of pink which is a beautiful color but is more peach or light coral & I love this color. Haven’t tried them on but feel sure they will fit as the others do. The dark green & light green are great also.

Had to try on like 4 different times to get the size right! I’m usually a size 16 so I tried the LONG thinking I could cuff the ankle part like the capri style but it was baggy so I exchanged for 16 REGULAR but again too baggy for my liking. Next I ordered size 16 SHORT thinking it’s going to fit just right and it’ll actually look like capri style / fitted ankle like I want and like. The size 16 SHORT actually didn’t fit me too well in the waist area , it showed more of my muffin top then the previous size 16 jeans that I tried. The length of size 16 SHORT was perfect and I would’ve kept it if the waist fit better. It was very unflattering at the waist. Lastly I decided to try one more time and order size 18 SHORT even though I’m normally a size 16. I really like the pants and material in general. FYI , All my other size 16 pants fit on the waist area. I lastly tried the size 18 SHORT and it was the right fit from waist to bottom. Thankfully I ended up keeping the size 18 SHORT. For reference I’m 5’5 and my style is fitted/slim ankle. If you’re a size 16 before ordering think of what style you want to achieve also take in consideration your height when making a decision. True to size. I am impressed with the quality of the fabric, not thin fabric like some jeggings are. They are comfy and look like jeans. I am satisfied with the style, colour, and the quality of fabric. I am very happy with my purchase.

La tela no es ni muy delgada ni muy gruesa, la talla es perfecta aunque en mi experiencia tienden a aflojar con el uso, pero hasta el momento excelente

Sitzt super, macht eine tolle Figur. Fühlt sich weich und nicht zu dünn an.

Agréable à porter, taille parfaitement bien, le bas du pantalon est juste au niveau de la cheville : je ne veux plus d’autres marques !
