Very solid item (slightly clunky?), like the stylish design, good shave, plenty battery life. Hair cutter works well with every cutting gadget you could ask for. Reliability? We will see . . . .

A good, sturdy shaving kit that looks the part. The individual , interchangeable heads work well but it's not simple to swap them as they're not easy to line up and clip in place. Battery life is good and you get a smooth shave. However, I find that when using the guards to shorten my beard, hairs can get caught and painfully plucked! 😣

I had this bought for me at Christmas. I still haven't had to charge it up yet. Really good quality and does a great job of hair and beard. I was so impressed that I bought one for my son in law for his birthday. Battery life unbelievable great value for money.

It’s nice and light easy to hold

It's a great solid set and works very well.However I had to drop a star because the remaining minutes charge time display is pointless, like several other trimmers I've had in the past. The charge lasted several uses which is great, but shortly before it finally ran out it was displaying 50 minutes remaining, but then proceeded to rapidly drop (40...35...30...25...10...0 etc) inside about 5 minutes or so, before grinding to a complete hault. So the remaining charge time should be ignored if you buy this set and just recharge after every 2 or 3 uses to be safe. Otherwise it'll just die halfway through your trimming session.

I thought this was a great hair and beard trimmer, cuts really well, however noticed a few times that it would stop working mid shave, despite being on 55 charge, it wouldn't turn on. Charged it and then worked again. This morning I was half way through Shaving and it stopped working, charged again and it won't stay on. It starts and stops straight away. Checked to see if any clogging in trimmer and nothing I could see.Definitely expected this to last longer than 10 months. Very disappointed, will have to search around for a replacement, won't buy this again.
