I needed 4 cocottes for dinner that I was preparing. 1 cup (ish) is the perfect amount. Good purchase!

Used it so many times and they have not stained at all, delivers on the garlic cooking everytime!

I’ve only had this for a short time. I’ve used it about 4 time just to make garlic Confit. I have only hand washed this product. The first time I hand washed it a part of the paint chipped off the second time I washed it more paint chipped off. So I think it is very cheaply made. The first one I got sent was badly damaged and I sent it back and they sent me back a new one but it’s even worse than the first one just by hand washing it.

This is a very small enamel cast iron pan with lid, most likely too small for an adult single serving dish, but it can definitely have some uses in the kitchen. For example, I can use it for warming or cooking single serving toddler dishes, making ghee from small quantities of butter, etc. The exact dimensions are clearly described in the listing, so they need to be checked before purchasing. It fits the palm of my hand (see pictures). The pan seems to be high quality, but since it is made from enameled cast iron, the washing and care instructions need to be followed in order to maintain the quality.

I love that they are perfect for roasting garlic and the little wood tray is a very nice feature.
