Very easy to clean. Nonstick surface.
This pan is terrific! It's VERY EASY to clean. Definitely nonstick interior. Lightweight. Works very well. Heats up fast!

It’s a great pan.
So far I love it. I don’t have to use any oil or butter or anything in the pan. And it washes up super easy.

Lightweight. Hallow handle
Lightweight. Only downside is the handle is hallow. As in stuff can get stuck in it

Not that great buy a stainless steel pan
My cheaper non stick is working better than this firstly I received a chipped pan than i was okay using it so i used and in just a week it started developing scratches and also the non stick coating wasn’t that great plus the pan discoloured like nothing its brown at this point i would suggest u buy something cheaper or something else not this pan the pan quality is fine but the coating quality isnt u would do better with a stainless steel pan

Nonstick ceramic makes cooking a joy
This ceramic pan is Perfect. Made a ceramic convert out of me. In the process of converting all my bakeware, pots and pans to ceramic. The nonstick ability is totally awesome. Cooking is a joy. A fried egg with a dash of olive oil and voila, perfection; breakfast is served - bonus - no cleanup required.

Love this pan
I love this deep sauté pan. At first I was skeptical because it's lightweight and I am used to heavier pans but don't let that fool you. I've used this pan for several months now and it performs as well as my heavier pans but I love it so much more because it's nontoxic ceramic, it's lightweight so it's easy to grab, it can go feom stove to oven. and the ceramic makes washing it a joy (who knew I'd use joy in the same sentence as dishwashing). Its held up to my cooking so far, and I cook a lot, however I hand wash all my pots and pans so I can't speak to it's durability if washed in the dishwasher.
