This works with Streamlight 69279 TLR-6! Comfortable!
I hope this helps someone, this works with Streamlight 69279 TLR-6. The light is bright and so is the laser for home defense, at night there would not be any problem seeing the light or the laser. What was harder was getting the right holster for IWB carry. The 'tactical pancake gun holster... 1911 4" & 5" with rail' fits the gun with the attachment fantastic. Puttin the 1911 in is a little more difficult and I'm sure it will get better as it breaks in, but pulling out the weapon is no issue. The light attachment blends in very well and does not look out of place and does not feel awkward or big. It is flush with the body of the pistol. I'm very happy I found this because I did not have to get a 1911 with rails and saved a bit of money. When carrying, this holster is very comfortable, feels secure, and close to by body. Nothing is poking out of my shirt.

Comfortable
Use it with a full size 1911 government with tactical body conversion and muzzle brake. With the hammer in either position I can't feel it when I'm sitting down (the hammer and dovetail that is..) all in all that's pretty comfortable

Hard to put on, but worth it.
Overall a comfortable and sturdy holster for my 5" 1911. My only concern is that the bottom portion is open where the tip of the barrel sits and it gets caught on the waist of my pants. Sometimes making it difficult to put on, especially when I have to open up the clamps on both sides and hold up my pants at the same time. But like I said, its definitely a more comfortable option to wear.

No more grip chafing!
My Smith and Wesson MP .45 Shield has a grip like 80 grit sandpaper. It would rub my back or any area I carried it against raw, even though a t-shirt. This holster covers the grip and is soft against the skin. The gun fit very snug.The only thing I didn't like is there is no snap strap to lock the gun in, but I don't plan on doing cartwheels. I may fabricate one on myself.

The pancake holster is awesome I have a 1911 and it usually is uncomfortable to carry concealed the pancake holster has made a world of difference.. I would definitely recommend.. if it was made of a thicker material I would have given it a 5 star review

Rich Island 1911 with trigger laser won't fit
I bought it for my 10mm Rock Island 1911 with the trigger laser attached and it was just too massive it wouldn't fit, no way. It's nice though so I'm just gonna use it for one of my 9mms with trigger laser, fits good with those
