It's really warm, really soft, looks like it'd last, but it runs too small. I LOVE the style.... If you're thinking about getting this coat, look at the sizes in the description and not the Amazon size charts. Asian sizes are s m a l l. Mine actually fit everywhere except the hips! If you have.. not small hips, then this might not be for you.The partial refund they offer, $7, doesn't even cover the cost of shipping. I wanted a better refund and ended up sending it back... and to ship it back costed me $25.93... which means this ended up being a huge waste of money. I'm not sure about their policy on exchanges, but you'd better get the size right on the first try!!

Very cute coat! I usually wear a large but I ordered a 3x and it fit. It arrived earlier than expected.

There not America sizes so I knew to order it bigger.
