Q: How do you attach these wheels to an angle grinder?

Hello, you need to tighten the rust removal wheel to the bottom of 1/4” disc holder shaft and the other end of the shaft is connected to the angle grinder, thank you

Q: does this fit on Dremels?

I believe a dremel has an 1/8 inch shaft and these are used for a right angle grinder that has a 1/4 inch shaft. I suggest they can not be used on a dremel
