I have been taking flax seed for at least twenty years every day . This is a good price . They easy for me to swallow and they work well . Health benifits are for a slow moving colon that helps to keep things moving along and regular without any side effects like other products . There is no taste or side effects no icky feeling as with fish oils . This had four hundred more milligrams than the ones I am used to however I was fine and will reorder these again when I need to .,it’s a gentle nice coating for smooth bowl movements that are normal .
