Loved the tablet and case. The set up was simple and allowed for Parental controls. My dsughter was able to use not only the games that it came with for learning, but also other apps and TV shows that helped her Learn. The tablet is portable and durable for a kid to use, We use the tablet for trips, at home, and was able to connect to Wi-Fi wherever we were at and even use my hotspot on my phone. If there was no Wi-Fi we were able to download games that worked while no WiFi was available. The learning games that came on the tablet really helped her and we notice a difference in her academics and advancement already. Several apps we downloaded have taught her to paint by number, recognize words, colors, numbers and complete alphabet. The screen and battery life last a long time, the touchscreen was easy for her to use and durable. My daughter is not careful and has dropped it several times and it is still in good Condition with no issues. Screen quality for movies is great battery life lasted long enough for them to watch plenty of movies and they were able to navigate the touchscreen perfectly.

Ordered this as my wife and I are retiring and the only computer we had was an old Dell with Windows 97. Wanted to have a current unit to use as we have to turn in our company laptops. We set this up quickly. Battery life is great. Did not expect what we have gotten this far for this price.

Bought this with the intent of hooking it up to a monitor.Description says it has an HDMI port and this can be done. There is a MINI HDMI port, but no regular HDMI port. This is necessary information. I now have to order another cable. Frustrating when the description is inaccurate.The computer itself is pretty good for the price. Will be ordering another computer, monitor, and MINI HDMI cord for myself (this one was for hubby).

Product overall acceptable no dislike

I bought this laptop with the intent of gaming. I do not need anything special, no crazy graphics / video card—I prefer old school retro games.I downloaded steam, and none of my games will even run. I went through various troubleshooting of steam, but these did not work.Also, the Bluetooth seems faulty. I cannot connect a controller or headphones. This is all elementary stuff—it should not be an issue.I see another poster commented there is no HDMI—normally I’d use a cable to connect the laptop to my TV, but this, too, cannot be done.Again, this is pretty basic stuff. I wasn’t expecting anything flashy with the laptop, wanted something simple.I am not even sure what the target market is for this, or who would be best served by this laptop. I think the advertised steep discount is fabricated. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this.

I barely got started before I saw the list of do's and don'ts. Will be sending it back unless someone convinces me otherwise on the next six or so days. Why is it that nobody mentions this in the reviews ?

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love the case on this! Feels protected and she already dropped it and was saved by the thick case! Runs pretty fast easy to set up! The only thing I have noticed so far is when trying to play games it can get a little laggy but not a deal breaker! Would buy again and recommend to a friend!

Our previous tablet just stopped working after less than a year. I found this tablet and decided to give it a try even tho the screen was a tad smaller. But I’m very happy with how light it is and the case seems heavy duty for my son. It has parental controls and is easy for my 5 year old to use. Holds a good charge and charges quickly. I’d recommend especially for a traveling tablet
