These are such beautiful colors. Ages 5- adults will love these colors. The reason I say 5-adults the crayons are normal size . Small children will break them.

These “special effects” crayons from Crayola come in 5 different “effects”: pastel, glitter, metallic, neon, and bold & bright. When you open the box, you will see the crayons and a crayon shaped crayon sharpener. You can stand the individual boxes up in the big box for more ease of use but, to close the big box, you have to lay everything flat again which can be a little annoying. The pastel crayons are a bit on the light side, but I can’t really complain since pastel colors are supposed to be light anyway. I’m going to enjoy using these and I know that children will love these too. As a precaution though, I would not let children under 3 years of age use these and children 3-6 years of age should be supervised while using these to prevent attempted eating and/or swallowing. Crayola is the only brand I will ever use. I’ve been using this brand since I was a kid and I still use this brand as a 28 year old adult. I know Crayola is a bit more expensive, but the quality is superior and definitely justifies the price.

BEAUTIFUL COLORS GREAT ASSORTMENT

Love the neon colors and and the variety. Generally the glitter crayons do not color well and wish there were more neons.

These are the missing types of crayons from most boxes of crayons. The metallic ones draw perfect on darker paper.

Wow! A great variety of crayons to fill the imagination. Even some of the white crayons come out as glittery silvers and that's so neat and magical.

Got this for nephew and it's great. The varieties of crayons makes it fun. It also comes with a cute crayon sharpener that's in the shape of a blue crayon haha it sharpens to its original Crayola shape with a flat tip.
