I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in origins of human culture, Do not let the cover or title of this book fool the reader. It is a book that digs deep into origins of myths in humanity's oldest cultures. Despite the feeling of the cover, there is nothing sinister about it!However, this is no easy subject, since most every angle of approach involves command of ancient languages and the emotional charge of evolution of religions. Ash has a gift for identifying correspondences through language use that opens new opportunities for further exploration into humanity's distant past. Well done!So... this product of Ash's brilliant research is highly condensed to include sources woven into the narrative. As such, it requires patience and perseverance to sort through the 'evidence' to reach Ash's conclusions... which are well worth the effort!
