Diamine 50ml Shimmer ink Pink Glitz

This is a beautiful ink shimmering ink in "Purple Pazzazz". You have to shake the bottle REALLY well every time you use it, as the gold glittery bits settle on the bottom of the bottle. When dried, the ink has a gold sheen to it. I therefore think that this ink would be best used in a medium-nib pen or even a broad nib, to lay down more ink to get the benefit of seeing the gold sheen. Would recommend.

A great novelty ink which produces a charming effect. The only trouble is that you need to either flush after each use, or move your pen every day while the ink is in it -- otherwise the glitter particles will settle and may clump or clog the pen. Worth the hassle though if you're illuminating a letter to a 7-year-old niece! :-DThis particular colour is a very deep, dark blue with a fine, subtle, red sheen to it. I use a music nib to write with this ink, so plenty of it comes out onto the paper in each stroke, which doubtless increases the dark lustre. Using a nib which deposits less ink in each stroke might make for a lighter colour.

Diamine inks are great, would highly recommend as they produce well flowing, highly pigmented inks.This shimmering ink is gorgeous, ideal for calligraphy and letter writing but you if you are using an ink well, you might need to shake the well/bottle regularly as I find the glitter settles to the bottom quite quickly and so you lose the shimmering effect.

Absolutely adore this ink. I'm definitely going to buy some more colours. It makes my writing look magical🖋️🔮🧚🏻‍♀️

It looks amazing, the packaging is adorable, and the shimmer is just noticeable enough to be gorgeous while not distracting from the drawing/writing/whatever. It arrived early, and I've been spending October using it to draw witches and magical creatures. It adds that extra touch to make my pictures more magical! It doesn't show up well on camera, though. Also! Make sure not to get any on your hands, it takes a lot of elbow grease and soap to get it off! I loved it.

This is a lovely dark blue with a silvery shimmer from very fine glitter. I have a clear fountain pen with a base you can fill so you can see the ink inside. The glitter will settle if you aren't using the pen but a gentle rotation redistributes it, and this is also explained on the box. I love this ink. Now I want to try Moon Dust! Arrived quickly. Highly recommended.

Not really pink at all. It’s more a light brown. Very disappointing.

Arrived 4 days before due date Diamine - Shimmering Fountain Pen Ink , Purple Pazzazz 50ml.Great value for money. Super quality of ink. The only problem is that its not quite as sparkly as advertised. The ink is darker than I hoped it would be.

Really beautiful color, purple-green-turquoise with tiny shimmer particles that don't look like kids glitter or something cheap. Shake the bottle well before using the ink so that you get a better mixed ink.The ink is water soluble and with a light water wash it gives a noble turquoise-blue tone.The ink flows well both in a fountain pen and in the dip pen.Highly recommended.

The blue is a nice light blue colour, similar to Ama iro. However I see little shimmer even after shaking. My Robert Oster shimmering cyan copper ink is much more shimmery.

This is one great ink. I'm a long-time ink conservative. If it wasn't blue/black, deep blue or purple (I know, but to a color-blind person purple just looks like a kind of intense blue) I reviled it. Then I got a sample set of Diamine Shimmer inks from Goulet pens and I've grown to love this Purple Pazzazz ink.I've read complaints that the shimmer doesn't remain in suspension well. It's probably somewhat true of every shimmer ink. But shake your ink bottle, cautiously shake your pen, and you'll find a delightful iridescence to your handwriting.Having switched to shimmer inks, I don't think I'll ever go back. If you use a fountain pen, you're a show-off to begin with. Why not have fun with your ink as well as your pen?

Cute packaging, ink color is as expected, quite pleased with my purchase.
