Love this wedge!
We purchased this wedge for our two month old daughter who had horrible (and I mean horrible) acid reflux. She was spitting up all over herself in the middle of the night and waking herself up. After research, I found that a wedge in her bassinet was one solution, and it definitely was! With her reflux, we laid her down 30 min after a feeding and onto the wedge and she started sleeping 8+ hours with no regurgitation at night! It was a miracle! She is four months now and still using it. Definitely worth the price! (Side note: We rolled up a blanket to put in between the main wedge and the foot rest to eliminate the gapping). We are more than pleased. Highly, highly recommend!

Does your baby have reflux? Do you dream of sleep?
Suspecting that my 5 month old had bad reflux, I bought this wedge in the hopes it would help him sleep more than 45 mins to an hour at a stretch ALL. NIGHT. LONG.Baaam! First night: SIX HOURS SOLID. This thing has saved my sanity. One con: it’s too narrow to take up the whole crib, so if you’ve got a roller, they could roll off it and bang their head in the crib bars. My son iiiis a roller though this thing seems to keep him in place and prevent him from rolling. But I didn’t want to chance it so I’ve rigged up something to make it work. Get creative, mama!

but it's best if you turn it so it fits against the ...
This works well in my play yard for my grandson, but it's best if you turn it so it fits against the side width wise, rather than length wise. He may be too little right now - only 3 months - but he wiggles and it separates. I'm not sure why the bottom piece is tied on, if it were one piece it would work so much better. I roll towels for each side to keep him from rolling and put a rolled towel at the bottom to keep it in one piece. That being said, he is finally able to sleep over in the crib rather than having to sleep in the swing because he has really bad reflux. He slept through the night twice with this in the crib. I think if there were a newborn option to fit this into with rolled sides and bottom, it might be even better.

Quality product that kinda works
I’ve been searching for a pillow that would work for my lo’s reflux issue. Buying a product with 4-star below review definitely requires some courage especially after I’ve already tried the highly rated ones, and none of them worked. It just turned our Amazon is plagued by fake product reviews, making buying a good product a lot harder. This pillow is a well made high quality product! The angle and solid support does a better job in helping my lo’s reflux than any other ones I tried. The foot rest is a good thought, but doesn’t work for bigger babies. And it’s just too thick and makes my lo uncomfortable. So I just took it off and use the pillow only. My lo did roll off the pillow few times, and I am trying to find a way to solve the problem. But I am still happy I found this pillow out of all the other hyped ones on Amazon.

Just Don’t!
I don’t understand how this would fit in any bassinet. It’s just too wide. It has nothing to stop a baby from rolling off of it and that is with me there attending to him. You can NEVER Leave a baby unattended on this. My baby has reflux and I got it to change him on -One little wrong roll body movement and he’s on whatever it was placed on. The ties that the bottom piece come with do not tie enough to keep it closed. Great idea, horrible execution.

Buying this pillow was like throwing $60 dollars in the garbage.
Buying this pillow was like throwing $60 dollars in the garbage. My baby has GERD and the pediatrician recommended to get a pillow so after searching we went with this one. Big mistake! I know that some pillows intended to help with reflux work because my first born also had GERD and the pillow we bought him back then worked wonders, unfortunately that was 13 years ago and we couldn't find something remotely similar to the one we used with him, so I'm sure the problem is the pillow.Why?1. This pillow is the only place were my baby will vomit a few seconds after placed on it, guaranteed.2. My baby will roll and end up in between the pillow and the "bumper pillow "This two issues make the pillow a useless and expensive piece of foam and cloth. Also, I have had it for 4 days approximately and the seams of the bumper are already splitting apart with just a few uses of less than 2 minutes!

Worth it, for sure!
We loved this wedge! I liked this one over others because it has the base that keeps the baby from sliding all the way down. The base is tied on, but you can untie it and not use it. Or you can tie it tight up against wedge for smaller babies and then move it further when baby gets bigger. So that’s super convenient. I don’t know why anyone would complain about the tie part.... that’s the beat part.We loved this so much for our son who just wasn’t sleeping that great the first 8 weeks. He didn’t have super bad reflux, but it was enough to were he’d wake up crying a lot and he just wiggles and looked uncomfortable trying to sleep. We didn’t want to wait 15-20 minutes after every feeding to “hold him upright” and that didn’t even always work. So I tried this pillow and it was awesome, and so helpful to have. Happy I got it.Two cons (that I worked with): baby starts kind of tilting to one side and will fall off to one side, so we got creative and put rolled up towels on the sides so he couldn’t roll. We put one rolled up towel on each side, but then we also put one towel folded up between the wedge and the base on each side so he wouldn’t fall into the wedge part. It’s hard to explain. But like another mom said, get creative. So the cons are you have to use towels if your kid rolls. And it’s not as wide as a normal crib. So it won’t fit the width of crib, but that’s probably for the best so people can use in a bassinet or wherever.Overall super glad we had this. Our son started sleeping better the first night. He loved it I think! He looked so comfortable every night. Made me so happy! He doesn’t use it now, at 5 months we just stoped using it. But I think it definitely got us through the first couple months.

Good for first 6-8 weeks
This was a great idea to help my son sleep at in incline in his bassinet & crib but after he was about 2&1/2 months old- it gave him the ability to roll and I found him face planted into the side of the bassinet. Scary! I returned it immediately the next day.
