Sound muffed
These work, they don’t completely block all sound but it definitely makes a difference.

Not worth the money
You can find the same thing with 24 panels for less money, plus they are not very dense. I bought them because they say they expand in minutes ECT but honestly I wish I would have bought a different product with more panels

Not enough coverage for $30
i bought these hoping to soundproof my room or atleast one wall, i have a pretty small room, maybe the size of a big closet and the $30 i spent i was hoping to sound proof 1 wall, or atleast have some level of dramatic difference, nope Wasted $30 , I probably need to spend atleast $250 if i were to buy this product to get a satisfactory amount of coverage

Blocking AC unit noice
Used them to block Noice of AC/Heat unit click on that is in a hallway by bedrooms. Placed squares on the inside of door, easy to cut to go around switch unit attached to door. Greatly reduced the clicking sound to a more tolerable level. Used what was left for the floor of a outdoor feral cat house to help keep them warm & comfortable.
